1: General

i) All offers are subject to availability with relation to our workload at the time of application. Upon application we will be able to advise on current lead times and the subsequent availability of our services.

ii) All promotional offers are exclusive of eachother and only one offer or discount may be applied to each project or service comissioned.

iii) Additional discounts may not be claimed against our entry level design service rates or our consultancy rates as these are currently already offered at a promotional rate.

iv) All work remains the property of aproimage.net until paid for in full.

v) Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT but may exclude certain prerequisites pertaining to a given service as outlined below.

2: Web Design

i) The entry level web design rate of £550 is based on the production of a basic site consisting of up to 7 pages of static content.

ii) This rate is available until 31/12/2008

iii) The rate is exclusive of any web domain or site hosting fees.

iv) The basic rate does not include the production of any dynamic content (i.e. animations or video), nor does it include the development of advanced functionality such as online retail solutions or content management systems (CMS).

v) It does, however include the production of some graphical content as deemed to be reasonable by ourselves. The level of graphical content shall be agreed prior to the commencement of a given project and any additional work shall be subject to the appropriate costs.

3: Logo Design

i) The entry level logo design rate of £350 is based on the production of a corporate or organisational logo following an agreed client brief.

ii) This rate is available until 31/12/2008

iii) The basic rate does not extend to what we deem to be more complex graphical or artistic undertakings, which will be subject to quotes based upon their merits.

iv) The production of any logo will be subject to our three revisions policy as follows

• Four designs will be created based upon our clients brief
• The client shall review these, highlighting the preferred design(s) and any amendments to be made.
• The revised design(s) shall be completed and returned to the client for a second evaluation
• Following this second evaluation, any final revisions shall be made and the completed design returned to the client.
• At this point payment will be required for the final design.

4: Consultancy

i) Consultancy services are offered at the discounted rate of £45 per hour until 31/12/2008.

ii) Consultancy fees may be subject to expenses to cover travel and other costs.

5: 10% Discount

i) Apply for a quote for any of our design services up until 31/12/2008 and save 10% off of the quoted price.

ii) Discount applies to design service costs only and does not extend to external costs, subscriptions, registration fees, legal fees or externally sourced content.
